Husband of dead woman charged with delaying her burial. Very odd. No formal cause of death has been found. Rich family. What happened? Why? The mind boggles.
What do you think? Does it make you itch to know more? Could this be the spark you need for your new crime novel?

I'm a writer from West Sussex is southern England, but after 30 years of urban life in London and Liverpool, I now live in a remote village 1,000 metres up in the Carpathian Mountains of Transylvania. My first book in Romania was published in November 2016: "Din Liverpool in Carpati: cum mi-am gasit fericirea în inima Transilvaniei". The English version, 'A stake in Transylvania' is out soon. I've also written (so far) four bilingual (En/Ro) children's books.

Must be the Hauser story, very real sadly and from what I have read its about mental illness rather than any crime. Man charged with delaying a funeral – new one on me. Body left in house for months and months, yes a story somewhere in there ……

You’re right – the Hauser story is a local tragedy and not about crime, per se, but as an inspiration for fiction it has plenty of potential. Family conflict and inner turmoil are the soup of fiction, don’t you think?
Thanks for your comment – look forward to more.

Sorry for typo, think its Rauser, Hans hence my confusion and now we have another amazing true storyline. Oil Millionairess found dead in car in lock-up, may have been leading double life as call girl? Talk about fifty shades of grey, you couldnt make this up could you? Now think about morphing those two plots into one…. what a novel that would be….sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.
Ps am having trouble re-finding your blog, will keep trying…
